By accessing the Website and/or purchasing a product, you fully accept these Terms.
The Website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older, or minors with parental/guardian consent.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from MatchAmore S.r.l.

2. Products and Health Warnings

  • MatchAmore products are food and dietary supplements.
  • Dietary supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • If pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from medical conditions, or under medication, consult your doctor before use.
  • Products may contain or have traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens.
  • Products must be stored as instructed and consumed before the expiry date shown on the packaging.

The Customer assumes full responsibility for product use. The Seller shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, side effects, or any consequences of improper or non-compliant use.

3. Orders and Availability

Orders can only be placed via the Website.
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 10 business days after purchase.

  • If a “safe place” is chosen for delivery, the Seller is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Food and dietary supplements cannot be returned once opened or consumed.
  • Returns are accepted only for unopened items, within 14 days from delivery, by emailing reclami@matchamore.it.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
  • Refunds will only be issued after verifying product integrity.

8. Liability Disclaimer
